Artwork Colors | 作品の色について
Each artwork is photographed and presented as close to its actual colors as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or viewing environment.
作品はできる限り実物に近い色で撮影し、掲載するよう努めていますが、ご覧になる画面や環境により、実物と少し異なって見える場合があります。
Prints / プリント作品について
If you are interested in prints, please contact me through the CONTACT page.
Prints may be available depending on the artwork and size.
プリント作品をご希望の場合は、CONTACTよりお問い合わせください。
作品やサイズによっては、プリントでのご用意が可能です。
Shipping / 発送・配送料について
Artworks are carefully packed and shipped from Japan within one week after your order is placed.
Domestic orders within Japan are shipped by Yamato Transport, and international orders are shipped by EMS.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.
International deliveries may take longer than expected due to customs procedures, postal delays, or local conditions.
For international shipping fees, please check each artwork page.
Shipping within Japan is ¥1,000.
作品は安全にお届けできるよう丁寧に梱包し、ご注文から1週間以内に日本から発送いたします。
日本国内へはヤマト運輸、海外へはEMSにてお届けいたします。
到着までの日数は、お届け先の国・地域によって異なります。
海外配送は、通関手続き、郵便事情、現地の状況などにより、通常よりお時間がかかる場合があります。
海外配送料は各作品ページよりご確認ください。
日本国内への配送料は一律¥1,000です。
関税・輸入税・その他手数料について
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
These fees vary depending on the destination country and are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee.

これらの費用はお届け先の国・地域によって異なり、作品価格および送料には含まれておりません。

Returns may be accepted only if you contact me within 7 days of delivery and the artwork is returned in its original condition.
If you wish to return an artwork, please contact me through CONTACT before sending it back.
I will provide the return address after your request is accepted.
Items returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
A refund will be issued after I confirm that the artwork has been returned without damage or stains.
If the item arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the artwork, packaging materials, and photos of the damage so that the situation can be confirmed.
返品は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただき、作品がお届け時と同じ状態で返送された場合に限りお受けいたします。
返品をご希望の場合は、返送前にCONTACTよりご連絡ください。
返品をお受けする場合、返送先住所をお知らせいたします。
事前のご連絡なく返送された商品はお受けできません。
返送料はご購入者様のご負担となります。
作品に傷や汚れがないことを確認後、ご返金いたします。
配送中の破損、または誤った商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
確認のため、作品・梱包材・破損箇所の写真を保管していただきますようお願いいたします。

When you purchase an original artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical artwork itself.
The copyright remains with Yuko Okada.
Reproduction, alteration, resale of reproductions, publication, or commercial use of the artwork is not permitted without written permission from Yuko Okada.
All rights to the artwork, including the right to make reproductions, are reserved by Yuko Okada.
原画作品をご購入いただいた場合、購入者様は作品そのものの所有権を取得します。
著作権は Yuko Okada に帰属します。
Yuko Okada の書面による許可なく、作品の複製、改変、複製物の販売、公開、商用利用を行うことはできません。
複製制作を含む作品に関するすべての権利は、Yuko Okada が保持します。
